Sean and Christian begin psychotherapy in an attempt to resolve their escalating problems, with each revealing long-held secrets and their legitimate perspectives on one particular an additional. Liz joins in with treatment as well, revealing her own opinions on the Sean/Christian romantic relationship, too being a secret she has been keeping from Christian. Matt announces plans for the rest of his existence, and introduces Sean and Christian to his fiancee Ramona (guest star Melonie Diaz).
